The Las Vegas single family home market continues to be tight. Compared to the same time last year, the number of homes that sold and the median price has not changed significantly, but the number of new listings and units available have dropped dramatically, as has the number of months’ worth of inventory we have. The majority of single family homes (almost 69%) are selling within 30 days of being offered.
