The Cliff: Green Valley Ranch’s newest lifestyle destination

The Cliff is a $100 million open-air retail, dining, and wellness campus planned for the intersection of Paseo Verde and St. Rose Parkways. The 10-acre project will transform an existing 100,000-square-foot office complex into a walkable destination, with completion targeted for early 2028.

The development will repurpose two single-story office buildings into a welcoming outdoor gathering place designed for shopping, dining, relaxation, and entertainment. Plans include a central bar and outdoor lounge, covered patios, a food kiosk alley, a children’s play area, and dedicated event spaces.

Several exciting tenants have already been announced, including:

Arhaus – An upscale home furnishings retailer known for artisan-crafted furniture and thoughtfully designed home décor.

The Taco Stand – A popular Southern California-style taqueria serving Mexican street-food favorites.

Killer Whale Creamery – A specialty ice cream shop offering gourmet keto and low-carb options.

The Barista Botanist – A specialty coffee shop with a plant-forward café concept.
