This was my first time buying a home and I didn’t know exactly where to start. Andy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand with as little knowledge as I had in real estate. Andy was extremely communicative and was always available to answer any questions I had. There is not a question I had that went unanswered and that is very reassuring as a first time buyer. He was extremely flexible with times to view homes that worked around my busy schedule. He also scheduled the home viewing very quickly and in such an order to ensure there was little wasted time in commuting around the city. He listened to all of the requirements/wants that I was looking for in a home and ended up securing the perfect house. He was very honest and open about how the current home situation was going and what to expect in such a volatile, low-supply market. Regardless of the market, Andy's knowledge and expertise in the industry makes the home buying process so much easier. I would recommend him to anyone!
