Feds address affordable housing crisis in Nevada header image.

The Las Vegas Review recently reported that the federal government plans to sell land to Southern Nevada governments for the development of affordable housing. With the price of homes having increased substantially over the past few years, so have the rent rates. Our strong housing market has priced many families not only out of purchasing homes, but renting them as well. It is hoped that this program will alleviate the affordable housing crisis that we are experiencing.
