According to a recent article in the Las Vegas Review Journal (click here to read) although the Las Vegas area real estate market is booming, it's not exploding like we're seeing in other markets. The market is brisk but homes aren't selling at the frantic pace and prices aren't soaring as they are elsewhere. This is great news for folks looking to relocate; the competition for homes isn't quite as fierce.
